Hi everyone and welcome to the anxious analyst. I decided to start this blog to document my journey as I cope with anxiety in my day-to-day life. Anxiety is something I’ve lived with for as long as I can remember. It wasn’t until recently that I finally took the leap and started therapy. I chose this name because I work as a Billing Analyst. I enjoy documentation and data, and I’ve integrated that into how I manage my anxiety
This blog is going to be my space to share my experiences, struggles and victories in dealing with anxiety. I want to take you all on my journey, and document the good the bad and the ugly. I go to therapy, and most of my coping strategies come from there, therapy is only one hour a week. There are six other days to manage, and it’s up to me to use those strategies.
Anxiety can feel isolating, but by sharing my journey, I hope to show that living with it isn’t as daunting as it seems. My goal with this blog is to help others facing similar challenges. Especially those who may not have the support they need—by offering tools and encouragement to navigate their own path and live with anxiety.
I’m excited to share my story with you, and I hope my experiences can offer some comfort and guidance as you take on your own anxiety.
